Templemartin New Build
Architecturally designed new-build high specification home in Templemartin County Cork.
The house has under-floor heating on ground and upper floors, running off a heat pump on a ground looped circuit.
The house is air tight and has a heat recovery ventilation system with timber AluClad windows and doors.
It has tiled pitched roof, a mono pitch fibre glass roof and a mono pitch zinc roof with zinc fascia and sofits.
The project was constructed to the highest standards by Niall Linehan Construction and took approximately 10 months to complete.
